1. Who we are

Willowyrd is a holding company for software products, based in Milano, Italy, and is the data controller for this website. You can reach us at hello@willowyrd.com.

2. What this website collects

Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts and contains no forms. It ships no JavaScript at all. Your browser makes requests to this domain and to no other, which the site enforces with a Content-Security-Policy rather than only promising it here.

3. Server logs

Our web server records the usual technical data for each request: IP address, timestamp, requested path, HTTP status and user agent. We use it only to keep the service running and to investigate abuse — the legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are kept for at most 30 days and are not used to profile anyone.

The site runs on servers in Helsinki, Finland, operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, so no personal data leaves the European Economic Area.

4. If you email us

Mail sent to our address is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox we control. We process your address and whatever you write in order to reply — legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on why you wrote. We keep correspondence only as long as the matter is open, and we never use it for marketing.

5. Our products

This policy covers willowyrd.com only. Products operated by Willowyrd handle their own data and publish their own policies — see the Pairwave privacy policy.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@willowyrd.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian supervisory authority.

7. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above. There is no mailing list to notify, because we do not keep one.
